This position will play a key role on the Clinical Education team managing the development, preservation and enhancement of the company image with LightForce speakers, KOLs and peer-to-peer educational programming. The ideal candidate builds strong professional relationships with our most influential customers and industry influencers to drive higher awareness and utilization of LightForce products. This role will partner with Marketing, Sales and Operations teams to drive success.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

● Develop, manage and drive KOL identification and activity

● Manage speaker/KOL relationships and build advocacy

● Gather measurable data to drive development of the KOL program

● Logistical management of KOLs and speakers for various education activities such as webinars, in-person events, eLearning content and R&D projects

● Contribute actionable insights into the overall customer education strategy

● Communicate with industry professionals to create a strong network

● Analyze & monitor KOL performance

● Ensure the contract terms and conditions are met

● Develop processes for partnership strategy, governance, and execution

● Provide leadership in identifying, assessing, and prioritizing opportunities and facilitate rapid decisions

● Assess strategic fit of LightForce brand with existing and potential partners

● Act as a champion to gain internal alignment regarding potential partners

● Develop and maintain partnership and KOL database

Education and Experience

● Bachelor's Degree; advanced degree a plus

● Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales, business development or managing partner programs; Specific KOL/influencer management experience a plus

● Excellent communication skills and ability to address challenging situations with our most important customers

● Strong negotiation skills

● Business planning & modeling skills

● Effective reporting of findings based on strong business acumen, communication, and presentation skills

● Orthodontic Industry Knowledge

● Proficiency in Google Suite & CRM management

● Ability to learn new software efficiently and effectively

● Requires the ability to use hands, and reach with hands and arms

● Requires the ability to see, listen, and speak

Work Environment

● Ability to travel 25% of the time for HQ meetings in Boston, MA, relevant industry events and practice visits to KOLs and speakers as needed
