As a member of our creative team, you’ll be a part of a fast-paced environment, helping to conceptualize, shoot & edit videos, brand videos, interviews, special events, and other projects as needed. You'll primarily be responsible for editing and post production, with the opportunity for camera operation as well.

This position will be a hybrid of remote and in person, in our office in Burlington, Massachusetts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for developing, editing, and creating content for a high-growth startup
  • Use a variety of technical skills and software to complete production, including Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, and After Effects
  • Add graphics, digitally improve picture quality, and ensure videos meet brand guidelines
  • Expertise utilizing & maintaining modern cinema camera(s) and necessary peripherals (lenses, monitors, lighting, grip, etc)
  • Work well in a team environment, and provide editorial guidance in pre-shoot meetings, on-site or set, and in post-production
  • Be able to manage multiple projects while also meeting deadlines
  • Have experience creating short-form video, digital snippets, as well as long-form videos or commercials
  • Upload video to YouTube channel, social pages and other platforms
  • Communicate internally, with clients and other stakeholders to ensure complete satisfaction with both creative and final media products.

Education, Experience, and Skillset

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or relevant field
  • Uncommonly strong video/editor/content creator skills, proficient in Adobe creative suite, Final Cut Pro is a plus
