As a Product Manager at LightForce, you will drive our vision for growth and help us revolutionize the Orthodontic profession. Working directly with our customers, management team, developers and manufacturing, you will define, plan, execute and validate new product features and initiatives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Drive product management from concept through launch
  • Connect with key stakeholders to drive decisions
  • Manage the roadmap and backlog
  • Work directly with our engineering teams to execute and achieve desired outcomes

Education and Required Experience/Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 2-5 of related experience required
  • Clinical orthodontic experience required
  • Self-starter

Preferred Qualifications

  • Understanding of planning workflow and clinical considerations
  • Ability to interview and gather requirements from clinical team and orthodontists
  • Able to facilitate clinical discussions and pull out product requirements

  • While performing the duties of this job, the individual is regularly required to sit or stand, use hands, reach with hands and arms, see, listen, and speak.
