Description

This role will play a key role in the improvement of the LightForce customer journey. The role will be instrumental to addressing the needs of our customers in a timely manner and building strong communication with different departments. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Integration team, Sales, and Customer Support to drive a more efficient and influential experience for customers

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide ongoing clinical integration support to new and existing customers to accelerate adoption of the LightForce system.
  • Assist customer support with clinical questions and customer complaints
  • Assist with assigning and resolving RCF tickets, also provide feedback to the Integration team of ongoing customer issues.
  • Create bond reviews for each patient prior to IDB trainings
  • Prep notes for Integration Specialist prior to IDB trainings
  • Help Area Sales Managers with customer request and troubleshooting
  • Deliver Clinical Training and presentations virtually
  • Utilize data/analytics to help customer’s drive decision making
  • Be creative, self-disciplined and capable of identifying and completing critical tasks independently with a high sense of urgency.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
  • 1+ years of relevant work experience in the related health industry (i.e orthodontic, dental, practice, etc.)
  • Demonstrates strong presentation and coaching skills, is self-motivated with excellent time management skills, has exceptional drive, creative energy and outstanding people skills.
  • Proficiency in office desktop applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, Zoom).

Work Schedule/Hours

  • Regular business hours.
