Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead all marketing initiatives that drive platform adoption amongst our customers, leading to happier customers, increased case submissions, and accelerated peer-to-peer referrals.
  • Drive meaningful engagement across our customer communities in-person, but primarily across our owned Facebook Groups, helping members post and moderating conversations, while also providing regular updates on metrics including engagement to communicate the impact of the community on our business objectives, and shape future projects.
  • Be the voice of customers by collecting marketing feedback, ideas, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collect, track, analyze, and report on data-based emerging themes in LightForce as well as in other customer communities.
  • Utilize relationships with LightForce customers as well as your own knowledge of the industry to educate the rest of the marketing as well as other stakeholders internally.
  • Work closely with cross functional teams to support refreshing our customer on-boarding/integration efforts.
  • Collaboration with product marketing lead to help drive product roadmap planning.
  • Own our bi-weekly customer community newsletter, The HighLight, working across teams to source relevant content.
  • Own programs that support our customers’ marketing efforts, including the LightForce Marketing Bootcamp Series, Coaching 1:1 initiative, GP referral program, among others.
  • Work closely with the sales team to build, launch and maintain the LightForce Customer Loyalty Program.
  • You like a fast pace and bad jokes (both within reason).
  • This role will report directly to the VP of Marketing.

Education and Experience

  • Proven track record of supporting orthodontists to help improve their marketing efforts
  • 5+ years working in the orthodontic industry, including but not limited to working in an orthodontic practice to working at an orthodontic or dental supplier
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree
  • Deep understanding of the digitally-savvy orthodontist practice
  • Extremely well organized and detailed oriented
  • Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)
  • Experience with HubSpot, Slack, Jira a plus
  • Project management experience and certifications a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
