We’re looking for someone who is going to push us further. Someone to bring a fresh perspective and new ideas to help challenge us to meet the demands of this next phase. This is not going to be easy and if that challenge excites you then we’d love to talk.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Own all marketing funnel initiatives across awareness, consideration, and customer retention/referral
  • Drive meaningful engagement across our customer communities in-person, but primarily across our owned Facebook Groups, helping members post and moderating conversations, while also providing regular updates on metrics including engagement to communicate the impact of the community on our business objectives, and shape future projects.
  • Ideate on new ways to engage orthodontists and their staff and build brand love for LightForce
  • Utilize relationships with LightForce customers as well as your own knowledge of the industry to educate the rest of the marketing as well as other stakeholders internally.
  • Collaboration with product marketing to help drive product roadmap planning.
  • Lead a robust post-mortem process to fully document campaign performance and opportunities to serve as inputs to future builds, creating an environment of continuous improvement
  • You like a fast pace and bad jokes (both within reason).
  • This role will report directly to the VP of Marketing.

Education and Experience

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree
  • 7-10 years of marketing experience, ideally in an environment requiring deep understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem
  • An analytical numbers person who is also a people person
  • Extremely well organized and detailed oriented
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)
    • Working in the orthodontic, dental, or 3D printing industry a plus, but not required
      • Experience with HubSpot, Slack, Jira a plus
      • Project management experience and certifications a plus
