Currently our headquarters is in Cambridge, MA and by the end of Q1 2021, we will be moving to Burlington, MA for a large expansion to support our rapid growth.

I know what you're thinking. Perhaps the Orthodontics or even 3D Printing industry isn't what you were looking for. If I am being honest, that's what I initially thought. But the more I learned about the Orthodontic space, the more I started to see the exciting and massive opportunity that also happened to be centered around helping people. Imagine an industry that hasn't changed in 25 years. This space is old, slow, and ripe for a team of creative marketers to do something BIG.

We have a very real and rare opportunity to truly build a brand from the ground up and disrupt a $2B industry all while helping people find their true smile… really their inner confidence. Since coming out of beta in May 2019, we’ve doubled our business every quarter. There aren't many startups in Boston that can honestly say that.

From a marketing perspective, we're starting from scratch. We're revamping the brand, building our own creative marketing playbook (nothing is off limits), and we have the budget, runway and senior support to make it happen. We're now looking for a team member to join our band of pirates.

About LightForce

LightForce Orthodontics is a technology company bringing together the latest in 3D printing, "Industry 4.0" principles and digital orthodontic treatment. Based in Cambridge, MA, their first product is the world's only fully-customized, 3D-printed bracket system, which combines proprietary treatment planning software, a digital manufacturing, and advanced 3D printing to enable the world's second example of customization at scale for a medical device; thereby matching a patient's exact tooth morphology and bracket prescription.

General Responsibilities

  • Drive the overall strategy and execution of lead generation-based marketing with a primary focus on virtual events/webinars to acquire new marketing qualified leads
  • Secondary responsibilities include overall strategy and execution of our email campaigns via Hubspot, as well as managing agency relationships to drive digital advertising campaigns, press/speaking/awards outreach, and SEO-optimized blog content
  • Responsible for providing project management, operational support for digital events – from panelist outreach to promotion. You will own these digital events and be responsible for the on-time execution and success of each conference.
  • Work in close collaboration with our in-house videographer to utilize video and photography to raise the look, feel and flow pre, during and post event.
  • Manage virtual event budgets and establish measurable objectives and success criteria, including pre-event promotions, post-event evaluations and ROI analysis
  • Keeping up to date on webinar best practices and making strategic recommendations for how to incorporate those into our events


  • A minimum of 2-4+ years’ of demand generation experience
  • Prior experience managing a portfolio of events (meetings, conferences, corporate parties and events)
  • Experience in managing multiple projects that have tight deadlines, limited resources, and cross-functional dependencies
  • Experience creating, not only the events experience, but ongoing engagement post-event, such as leveraging event content for additional on-demand availability, webinars, blogs and other post event activities.
  • Not afraid to think big and is also willing to roll up their sleeves to get the work done.
  • High degree of proficiency with the Google Suite, including Sheets, Docs and Slides
  • Willingness to travel to various locations, for events; up to 30%, including some weekends when in-person events return.
  • Solid presentation skills to engage and get support from external partners and internal teams
  • Nice to haves: Working knowledge of Hubspot, Zapier, EventBrite, and Canva
