Essential Duties and
Responsibilities

  • Lead data-driven marketing initiatives, both domestically and internationally, that increase customer sell-through (aka patient case submissions) as well as convert and inspire patients to broadcast their experience across their network.
  • Lead and inspire your direct report to take risks, think big, and maintain laser focus to exceed department and company level objectives.
  • Lead efforts to empower our customers to maximize the value of LightForce, which includes, but is not limited to, launching a loyalty program, fostering user collaboration and community, updating our content asset library, and supporting the clinical education efforts.
  • Working closely with the Director of Marketing to support international expansion across the world.
  • Uncover new ways to engage orthodontists and their staff to help be more closely connected to LightForce and as a result want to share their experience with their peers.
  • Collaborate efficiently and effectively with the marketing shared services team, consisting of videographers, graphic designers, animators, content creators, digital marketing experts, and product experts.
  • Lead data-driven business planning, financial modeling, as well as a robust post-mortem process to fully document campaign performance and opportunities to serve as inputs to future builds, creating an environment of continuous improvement.
  • Market intelligence— in addition to commissioning studies with our external research firm, spend time with our customers and their patients to really understand their needs, fears, and how LightForce makes them feel.
  • As this is a newly created position, you will play a key role in defining, modeling, and scaling the role to be structurally and operationally sound.
  • This role will report directly to the Director of Marketing.

Education and Experience

  • 5+ years of professional experience in the orthodontic, dental, or 3D printing, industry a plus, but not required
  • 5+ years of professional experience within a company providing both hardware and software a plus, but not required
  • Development of go-to-market plans utilizing price, placement and promotional strategy of new product launches
  • Located in the Greater Boston area a plus, but not required
  • Extremely well organized and detailed oriented
  • Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)
  • Experience with Salesforce, Slack, Monday.com, Jira a plus
  • Project management experience and certifications a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
