Product Manager


Currently our headquarters is in Cambridge, MA and by the end of Q1 2021, we will be moving to Burlington, MA for a large expansion to support our rapid growth.


At LightForce Orthodontics we use advanced manufacturing technologies and proprietary CAD software to create the world’s best orthodontic treatment experience. We create 100% patient-matched orthodontic ceramic brackets designed from digital impressions with the goal of reducing treatment duration for patients and chair-time for clinicians.


LightForce Orthodontics, the world’s only provider of patient specific, 3D printed orthodontic braces is looking for a bright, motivated Product Manager professional.

As a Product Manager at LightForce, you will drive our vision for growth and help us revolutionize the Orthodontic profession. Working directly with our customers, management team, developers and manufacturing, you will define, plan, execute and validate new product features and initiatives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Drive new features and product initiatives from concept through launch
  • Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to establish product requirements and priorities
  • Manage the roadmap and backlog
  • Write product specs, create wireframes, and perform customer interviews to facilitate the product development process
  • Work directly with our engineering teams using Scrum methodologies to execute and achieve desired outcomes

Education and Experience

  • 3+ years of product management experience working with engineers, designers, and other product leaders to drive product vision and roadmap


  • Successfully delivered products, ideally in the CAD/CAM/3D Printing space
  • Demonstrated ability of building strong relationships inside and outside of an organization
  • Excellent communication skills
