I know what you're thinking. Perhaps the Orthodontics or even 3D Printing industry isn't what you were looking for. If I am being honest, that's what I initially thought. But the more I learned about the Orthodontic space, the more I started to see the exciting and massive opportunity. Imagine an industry that hasn't changed in 50 years. This space is old, slow, and ripe for a team of creative marketers to do something BIG.

We have a very real and rare opportunity to truly build a brand from the ground up and disrupt an industry. There aren't many startups in Boston that can honestly say that.

From a marketing perspective, we're starting from scratch. We're going to be revamping the brand, building our own creative marketing playbook (nothing is off limits), and we have the budget, runway and senior support to make it happen. We're now looking for a marketing Co-op team member to join our band of pirates and build something meaningful. This position will have exposure to all marketing efforts. Apply if you have off-the-chart hustle, an entrepreneurial spirit and passion for juggling a lot of projects at once beautifully and gracefully.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Meet with content creators and influencers to review quality of work and ensure submission in a timely manner
  • Rebuild the company TikTok strategy
  • Perform market research on current social media trends
  • Review social performance data and make content recommendations based on audience engagement
  • Assistance with brand photoshoots and video shoots
  • Engage with current audience on a daily basis
  • Work with graphic designers to develop content
  • Reports to Social Media Manager


  • Must be currently pursuing an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree majoring in marketing, business, communications, sales, or related field

    • Ability to maintain professionalism with all types of people
    • Ability to multitask and meet various deadlines

        Preferred Qualifications

        • Graphic design skills are a plus

        • While performing the duties of this job, the individual is regularly required to sit or stand, use hands, reach with hands and arms, see, listen, and speak


        • Daily visibility to VP
        • Professional development meetings, help with resume and portfolio at the end of your co-op
        • Monthly marketing speaker series
        • Educational program to learn about all departments across LF including 3D printing, design/software dev, clinical educations, operations
        • Primarily remote with a hybrid office
