LightForce Orthodontics is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter at our corporate headquarters in Burlington, MA. The Senior Technical Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates for open Software Engineering, Architecture, Cloud Ops and IT positions. This is a full-time onsite regular position with potential for growth for the right person. The Senior Technical Recruiter will play a critical role in supporting our rapid expansion in our technical organizations. We are in the process of hiring many people over the next year and need to add to our great team of talent acquisition professionals. The Senior Technical Recruiter will source and develop pipelines of highly qualified Engineering, Architecture, Cloud Ops and IT candidates, drive best in class hiring processes, interview, and close top talent. They will be responsible for recommending and implementing creative sourcing techniques including social media, professional networking, and cold calling for both active and passive candidates. Yes, we are looking for a true corporate side headhunter. This position will be highly visible and responsible for building strong and lasting relationships with candidates, hiring managers and executives alike.


  • Must have 7 – 8+ years of software technical recruitment experience. Experience with cloud, SaaS, big data or supply chain is a plus.
  • Must have demonstrated ability in cold calling into target companies and off lists. Excellent follow-up skills and a sense of urgency is required.
  • Very strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on providing best in class customer service (both internally and externally).
  • Must be a team player with a positive attitude. Ability to shift priorities while keeping a strong sense of urgency.
  • Should have experience managing full lifecycle recruiting for Software Engineering organizations.
  • Must have experience with ATS systems. iCIMS desired.
  • Strong LinkedIn Recruiter skills and experience are a must.
  • BA or BS degree required.
